Maui Fire Relief News and Updates

Partnerships and Initiatives

  • We're proud to partner with World Vision in ongoing relief efforts in Maui. Our initiatives include large-scale projects and smaller community events like the Back to School Bash, which helps local families prepare for the school year. We're also working on the Shed Project, which will provide 200-500 temporary storage sheds for displaced individuals, to be delivered directly to their properties in Lahaina in the future. Together, we're committed to finding effective solutions and making a positive impact in the community during this critical time

  • We are proud to partner with LegalShield to provide essential legal services to those affected by the recent wildfires in Maui. Through this partnership, we are equipping individuals with access to experienced lawyers who can offer guidance on issues such as property claims, tenant rights, and disaster recovery processes. Our goal is to empower community members with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate these legal challenges during this difficult time. Together, we’re making legal assistance more accessible to ensure that everyone can receive the support they deserve as they rebuild their lives.

  • We are thrilled to partner with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support trauma relief efforts in Maui. Through our collaboration, counselor practitioners have received specialized training in ART, enabling them to host impactful therapy events for those affected by the recent wildfires. This innovative approach to trauma resolution provides individuals with effective tools to process their experiences, fostering healing and resilience in the community. Together, we’re committed to supporting Maui’s recovery journey. For more details on our partnership, visit Accelerated ResolutionTherapy.

  • We are dedicated to providing educational support for displaced students. Many children can no longer attend their local schools, so we’ve stepped in to pay their tuition at our local Adventist schools in more accessible locations, ensuring they receive a quality education during this challenging time. For high school students, we’ve also offered dormitory boarding, creating a supportive environment where they can focus on their studies and personal growth. Together, we’re committed to helping these students rebuild their futures and regain a sense of normalcy through education.
